Liberty Vet Pets, LLC is not intended as an Emergency Service and also our hours and days of operation may vary from week to week. You may call us if you would like us to see your pet however we cannot gaurentee that an appointment will be available or that we will be in your area on that day or that there will not be delays for our arrival to your and your pet's (Pets') house, location and/or apartment. Please Note we have not opened yet: If you have an emergency and/ or are uncertain if your pet may or may need medical assistance please contact your local Veterinarian(s) and/or Emergency Service(s) for further accessment. When we are opened if you cannot reach us and have an emergency and/ or are uncertain if your pet may or may not need medical assistance please contact your other local Veterinarian(s) and/ or Emergency Service(s) for further accessment. Requesting an appoinment and/ or leaving a message on our voicemail, sending us an email or any other mode of communication does not gaurentee that an appointment will be available. If you have an emergency and/ or are uncertain if your pet may or may not need medical assistance please contact your other local Veterinarian(s) and/ or Emergency Service(s) for further accessment.

If you have already scheduled an appoinment with us and you are uncertain if your pet may be having an emergency and we have not arrived yet. Please call us immediatly 1-888-458- 8587 (8LVP). If you are unable to reach us please leave us a voice message with our receptionist or on the answering maching as we may be in transit or assiting another client. If you cannot reach us and you are concerned of your pet's condition and whether or not your pet is having an Emergency please do not wait please contact your other local Veterinarian(s) and/ or Emergency Service(s) for further accessment. Requesting an appoinment and/ or leaving a message on our voicemail, sending us an email or any other mode of communication does not gaurentee that we will get your message immediatly as we may be in transit, not be open at the time at which you call and/or with another client.

 

If you are uncertain if you are having an Emergency and you already have an appoinment with us please do not use any other mode of communication other than the telephone and leaving a message with us that you are uncertain whether or not your pet is having an emergency. If you cannot reach us and you are concerned of your pet's condition and whether or not your pet is having an Emergency please do not wait/ hesitate please contact your other local Veterinarian(s) and/ or Emergency Service(s) for further accessment.

We strive to do our best to get back to every client in a timely manner as we love and appreciate our customers and their pets, however, we have no control over unforseen circumstances and also our practice is not intended as an Emergency Service.

 

** We reserve the right to cancel or turn down an appointment or terminate an appoinment in process at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel or turn down an appoinment or terminate an appoinment in process at any time for areas that we do not serve such as areas in Philadelphia that we do not consider Central Philadelphia. We also reserve the right to cancel or turn down an appointment or terminate an appoinment in process at any time if we cannot find what we consider to be safe parking near the appoinment address or if we feel unsafe or threatened near the appoinement address or if we feel unsafe or threatened by a customer or parties associated with a customer or potential customer. We also reserve the right to cancel or turn down an appointment or terminate an appoinment in process at any time if we feel that a customer is under the influence of any drug or alchohol or potentially incapable of making coherent descisions. We also reserve the right to cancel or turn down an appointment or terminate an appoinment in process at any time in which we do not feel comfortable treating, diagnosing or seeing certain pets with certain conditions, potential conditions or life threatening emergencies (see above about our disclaimer about our policies on emergencies). We also reserve the right to cancel or turn down and appoinment or terminate an appointment in process at any time if you prevent us from using safety measures on animals that are showing any form of aggression or that we consider dangerous in any way ( our staff, volunteers, contractors and our Veterinarians must be safe as if we become injured from a pet this may hinder or prevent us from seeing other pets that may be in need). We also reserve the right to cancel or turn down and appointment, terminate a client or patient relationship or terminate an appointment in process at any time if we feel that your pet is dangerous in anyway to our staff, Veterinarians, contractors or volunteers. Please note: in general that we do see animals on a daily basis that may be deemed by Vets as mild cautions or cautions and we strive to do our best to make both the pet (s) and their owner (s) comfortable. We also reserve the right to cancel or turn down and appointment, terminate a client or patient relationship or terminate an appointment in process if you ask us proceed with something that we consider unethical. We also reserve the right to cancel or turn down and appointment, terminate a client or patient relationship or terminate an appointment in process if we feel that we are dealing with a contagious or very contagious disease or one that is considered zoonotic (a disease that can be passed between human and animals or from animals to humans or passed between species). We also reserve the right to cancel or turn down and appointment, terminate a client or patient relationship or terminate an appointment in process if we have an emergency or if one of our patients or potential patients is having an emergency. We also reserve the right to cancel or turn down an appointment or terminate an appointment in process if we are running late or for any reason including weather cannot get to or do not feel safe getting to an appointment or delivering a treatment or product. Please note that you may be subject to cancellation fees, payment of any services rendered, payment for any products, treatments or services ordered or delivered for any of the above scenarios. It is our policy not to take returns on products or treatments ordered or delivered this is for the safety of our patients. (There are instances where we may make exceptions.) In general despite all the terms and conditions above we do strive to have excellent customer service and be as accommodating as we can. We also strive to keep our staff, contractors, volunteers, clients and patients out of harms way. We really appreciate all of our customers and potential future customers and thank you greatly for your business.
